Suppliesforguys can generally have your purchase shipped within 24-36 hrs of placement of orders and have your purchase arrive at your door step in 3-5 business days after you receive your order confirmation on in-stock items. We use standard UPS ground for most shipments other than those that need to be shipped to a post office box. All shipments to PO Boxes will be shipped by US Priority Mail. Next-day shipping is available and usually runs 2.5 x's the standard ground rate that is automatically calculated at the time you check out.

Suppliesforguys accepts most major credit cards on line through the use of PayPal's secure order processing. - We also accept money orders and personal checks. (when paying by check, expect a 3-5 day delay in merchandise shipment to allow checks to clear)

- A $25 returned check fee is applicable on all checks returned by the bank.

- Refunded returns on defective merchandise only (except books...see below) All other returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee + return shipping costs. All items being returned must have a return authorization number which will be provided for you after initial return contact is made.

- 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all book purchases. If you are not happy with the book, send it back to me(see return address below) within 30 days for a full refund.* (*purchase price refunded only, original shipping charges and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser) After book is received your refund will be issued.
